Emotional Revelations in "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0"
In a recent episode of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0," housemates Waynona Collings and Marco Masa opened up about their personal struggles, known as "multo sa buhay." This task involved sharing the challenges they faced in their lives, which were written on scrolls.
Waynona Collings' Journey
Waynona Collings shared her "multo sa buhay" which was the word "negosyo." She revealed that her parents had a business that faced significant problems, leading to financial difficulties. "We don’t even know what we're going to eat. And up until now, we are struggling so bad," she said.
She also mentioned that she had to grow up quickly when she joined Sparkle. "I had to be more mature," she added. Waynona then broke down in tears, revealing that she had stopped attending school three years ago due to financial constraints. "I never talk about this cause nahihiya ako and natatakot ako. I haven’t gone to school in three years cause like wala na nga kaming money," she admitted.
Despite the challenges, Waynona expressed gratitude for her family. "I commend my parents for not giving up and running away from their problems. As in inilalaban talaga nila and they’re fixing the problem. Up until now, even I can see na sobrang napapagod sila," she said.
Marco Masa's Struggles
Marco Masa shared his own "multo sa buhay," which was "child actor." He discussed his early start in commercials at the age of three or four. "Hindi man ako nagkaroon ng childhood katulad ng normal na bata, hindi naman nag-fail ang parents ko to give that kind of love and affection," he said.
He explained that growing up in front of everyone was challenging. "I had to read lines, I had to perform, I had to play with my emotions. During that time it was all fun. All my life I’ve been working and I wanted. It’s not something na ireregret ko sa future," he added.
Marco also shared his feelings of pressure and the challenges of balancing his career with family life. "‘Yung brother ko kasi, dahil sa dami ng ginagawa ko ‘yung alam niyo ‘yung feeling na ‘yung brother ko wala naman ibang kaibigan other than his family. Ngayon nawawalan ako ng time sa kaniya," he said.
Despite these challenges, Marco emphasized his love for his family. "Dahil sa work ko parang feeling ko natetake ko na lahat kasi ayoko ng mahirapan ang fahter ko. I love my family so much and everything I do lagi kong dinededicate sa kanila," he said.
