Ali Bastian's Glam Night Out After Cancer Fight

A Night to Remember with Friends

Ali Bastian recently had an unforgettable night out, celebrating with two of her closest friends at a Westlife concert in London. This special evening was not just about enjoying the music, but also about being surrounded by loved ones who have supported her through one of the most challenging times in her life.

Ali, who made headlines earlier this year when she announced she was cancer-free, looked stunning as she stepped out for the event. She was joined by Jodi Albert, who is married to Westlife member Kian Egan, and Carley Stenson, both of whom were also part of the Hollyoaks cast. The trio shared a memorable night filled with laughter, joy, and heartfelt moments.

A Glamorous Outfit

Ali’s outfit for the occasion was nothing short of fabulous. She opted for an off-the-shoulder midi dress that perfectly complemented her style. Pairing it with heels and a silver bracelet, she radiated confidence and elegance. Her look was completed with a touch of glamour that matched the star-studded atmosphere of the concert.

She took to social media to share her pictures, writing: "These women, who have held my hand through it all, who never make it feel like it’s hard to love me or to show up, even in the darkest moments. Jodi Albert, Carley Stenson, so many memories, so much magic. I love you so dearly. Xxxxxxxxx."

In addition to sharing photos of the event, Ali also posted a selfie, expressing her gratitude for the experience. She wrote: "Such a beautiful night last night at the Royal Albert Hall. Westlife absolutely blew me away. It was simply magical. Special thank you to @ceiralamberthairconsultancy for making me feel more like me than I have for a very long time. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx."

Jodi and Carley also made a striking appearance at the concert. Jodi wore a black blazer dress with a semi-sheer long skirt, while Carley dazzled in a glittering pink gown that caught the light with every move.

Overcoming Cancer

Ali's journey to recovery has been nothing short of inspiring. She was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in June 2024 after discovering a lump in her left breast while breastfeeding her daughter Izzy. Despite the challenges, she remained strong and resilient throughout her treatment.

In March, Ali shared that she was in her final week of radiotherapy, marking the end of her active treatment. She had undergone a mastectomy in January, which went smoothly and confirmed that her chemotherapy had been effective.

"Coming out of the other side of this feels unreal," she said. "After the shock of a diagnosis, it’s hard to let in the light and believe that it might just be ok." She added, "As I sit here right now, I’m free from cancer. I can’t even believe it."

Ali expressed her deep gratitude to the "incredible" team at Cork University Hospital who cared for her during her treatment. Her story serves as a reminder of the strength and courage it takes to face such a difficult battle.
