Ogie Diaz Tells Sarah Lahbati: 'I Think You're Angry at Me'

Ogie Diaz Clarifies His Stance on the Rumored Breakup of Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay

Ogie Diaz, a well-known showbiz insider and talent manager, recently took to his YouTube vlog Showbiz Updates to address Sarah Lahbati directly. This came after he was caught in the middle of rumors about the alleged breakup of celebrity couple Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay. Ogie made it clear that he has no ill feelings toward the actress.

In the latest episode of his vlog, which aired on Tuesday, October 28, Ogie expressed openness to having a one-on-one interview with Sarah to clear the air. He said, “Wala akong galit sa’yo, Sarah. Kung gusto mo, kung willing ka rin, open naman ako for one-on-one interview with you.” He also mentioned, “Nagkataon lang na feeling ko ikaw ang galit sa akin. Kasi ako ‘yung binlock mo sa Instagram. Ako, wala akong galit, promise.”

This clarification followed an earlier vlog where Ogie discussed, based on a source, that one of the reasons behind the misunderstanding between Ellen and Derek involved a disagreement over buying a house. The source claimed that Sarah was the supposed agent for the property Ellen wanted to purchase.

Ellen and Sarah quickly denied the claims. Ellen even tagged Ogie in an Instagram Story, writing, “Mama Og, claruhin lang natin, pag sure sa imong source. Tawang-tawa kami ni Sarah sa’yo. If I wanted to buy a house sooo bad, bilhin ko myself. And — hindi house agent si Sarah. Wala sa skill set n’ya ‘yan. Ano na?!! Grabe ang remix ng stories, kakaloka.” She laughed off the rumor, dismissing it as baseless.

Ogie responded by stating that he never confirmed any of the allegations but was merely echoing questions from his source. He clarified, “Hindi ko naman kinumpirma na hiwalay na sila o dahil kay Sarah. Ang tanong ko lang, totoo ba itong narinig ko mula sa source?”

As a comedian-turned-vlogger, Ogie reiterated that his goal was only to seek the truth, not to malign anyone. He added, “Sana bigyan mo rin ako ng pagkakataon na marinig ko ang panig mo sa mga issues na involved ka rin.”

At the time of this writing, Sarah Lahbati has not issued any further statement regarding Ogie’s remarks. Meanwhile, Ellen and Derek have yet to confirm or deny the real status of their marriage. Ogie remains open to publishing Sarah Lahbati’s side should she wish to respond.
