“All of a sudden I’m in scrubs, like the intro to Scrubs, Doireann’s gone and it’s just like ‘Mark, you sit in that little room there’. You don’t even get to say goodbye.”

Despite the stress and uncertainty, Mark praised the staff at the Rotunda Maternity Hospital for their quick response and the care they provided. He described their efforts as “phenomenal” and credited them with ensuring the safe delivery of their daughter.
